Several Premier Volleyball League teams have already made key releases ahead of the upcoming 2024 season.
Choco Mucho has released opposite spiker Caitlyn Viray, who was coming off a breakout season under the guidance of Dante Alinsunurin.
Meanwhile, PLDT has parted ways with backup setter Anj Legacion and reliable wing spikers Mean Mendrez and Michelle Morente.
The veteran setter played significant minutes in the latter part of the Second All-Filipino Conference following Rhea Dimaculangan’s injury.
Meanwhile, Mendrez and Morente saw their playing time dwindle with the arrival of Savannah Davison and the continued emergence of Erika Santos.
Lastly, Cignal has finally addressed its loaded libero position, letting go of Anngela Nunag and Bia General. That leaves Dawn Macandili and long-time defensive specialist Jheck Dionela to handle libero duties.
The HD Spikers have also released Jerrili Malabanan from their roster.
