Arellano University will have two big shoes to fill when NCAA Season 99 rolls around.
Big man Cade Flores and guard Travis Mantua are forgoing their remaining years with the Chiefs as they eye to enter the 2023 PBA Rookie Draft.
Their agent Anton Brodett of Phenom Sports Management confirmed the development to Tiebreaker Times.
“Cade and Travis won’t be returning to college,” said Brodett.
“They have their sights set on going pro already.”
Flores and Mantua are both 24 years old and have two playing years left on their collegiate ledger.
Flores, who stands at 6-foot-5, was the rock of Arellano in NCAA Season 98, posting numbers of 12.47 points, 10.07 rebounds, 1.93 assists, 1.67 steals, and 1.07 blocks in 15 games played.
He was the season Defensive Player and Rookie of the Year.
Meanwhile, Mantua normed 4.81 points, 1.75 rebounds, and 1.38 assists per game.
Brodett disclosed that they have offers to play in the PSL and the MPBL.
