That is the secret recipe behind ECHO’s perfect 5-0 start in the Mobile Legends: Bang Bang Professional League-Philippines Season Nine according to team captain Benedict “Bennyqt” Gonzales.
“Feeling ko po dahil sa friendship namin as a team,” said Bennyqt moments after ECHO’s thrilling 2-0 sweep of RSG PH on Saturday night.
The team has been together for just four months now, but the bond that they have formed throughout that span proved to be a vital part in the team’s early success. That bond, along with their unwavering trust in each other, is what keeps the ECHO machine running.

“Kumbaga hindi lang kami magkakateam, magkakaibigan din talaga kami lahat so lahat kami may tiwala sa isa’t isa. Kahit may magkamali hindi namin dina-down, hinahayaan lang namin, chini-cheer up lang namin so feel ko yun yung recipe namin,” Bennyqt shared.
“Sa samahan namin, ‘di lang po kami teammates lang — parang magkakapatid kami,” echoed Frediemar “3MarTzy” Serafico.
ECHO played from behind in the opening series against RSG PH, but showed great composure by providing Karl “KarlTzy” Nepomuceno’s Aulus the much-needed space to farm. When the star jungler finally reached his power spike, the team went on to complete its comeback bid in great fashion.
The squad once again showed great character in the Game Two win, picking apart RSG PH’s tight defense en route to the 2-0 sweep which put the team at 14 points through a perfect 5-0 standing.
