Beach Volleyball Playoffs: UST overruns FEU, earns a trip to the finals

With the loss over NU that cost them a thrice-to-beat advantage in the finals still fresh on their minds, UST vents that frustration over an outmatched FEU team.

FEU was able to keep the game close at the start of the 1^st set, even taking the lead shortly at the 10 – 11 mark. UST would then go on an amazing 11 – 4 run that would abolish any hope FEU had of victory. UST would take the 1^st set, 21 – 15. The 2^nd set saw UST take a an early 8 – 6 lead that they would never relinquish. Deflated by their loss, FEU would be unable to match the intensity of the UST squad as they would lose, 21 – 14.
