Afril Bernardino has been named to the All-Star Team of the FIBA 3×3 Asia Cup 2026 after leading Gilas Women to a historic silver finish on Sunday at OCBC Square in Kallang, Singapore.
The 30-year-old star of Philippine women’s basketball tallied 23 points across the tournament, averaging 4.6 points and 4.6 rebounds per game, with a player valuation of 36.7 — the fourth-highest in the continental competition.
She was joined on the All-Star Team by China’s towering Zhang Zhiting and Australia’s Kristy Wallace, with Wallace also earning tournament MVP honors.
Wallace recorded 18 points and 20 rebounds in total, finishing third in player valuation at 37.4, while Zhang led the tournament in scoring with 38 points and posted the highest player valuation of 39.4.
