Petron rolls to fifth straight at Cignal HD’s expense

The Petron Blaze Spikers stayed undefeated in the 2018 Chooks to Go-Philippine Superliga All-Filipino Cup, making quick work of the Cignal HD Spikers, 25-22, 25-16, 25-19, at the Caloocan Sports Complex.

Ces Molina topped the Blaze Spikers with 15 points, while middle blocker Mika Reyes added 11. In a clean match where both teams combined for 27 total errors, Petron overwhelmed Cignal with a 45-31 spikes advantage.

Petron head coach Shaq Delos Santos attributed their strong performance to his team’s focus.
