The UFC has announced that due to an injury, Alex White (10-2) who is set to face Filipino Mark Eddiva will be replaced by Mutant MMA’s Levan Makashvili (6-1) in UFC Fight Night Manila: Edgar vs. Faber. Makashivli will bring an almost perfect record to Manila on May 16th to face Mark Eddiva. Both have verbally agreed to the new match-up.
This will be Levan Makashvili’s debut fight in the octagon. “The Hornet” started his career at 5-0 with three of those wins coming by knockout. Makashvili lost his first fight in August of 2014 to Alexandre Bezerra in a close majority decision. The two competed in a rematch four months later which Makashvili won in a lopsided decision.

Lima was on Team Edgar on TUF 19 and has a clocked up an impressive five wins by submission and three knockouts.​​
