PXC releases full line-up for Pitpitunge vs. Lausa


Pacific Xtreme Combat makes their return to Manila with a double-main championship bout headlined by Crisanto Pitpitunge facing off against Jinel Lausa for the vacant PXC Flyweight Championship.

In addition, Guam-based PXC Bantamweight Champion Kyle Aguon is set to defend his belt against Kwan Ho Kwak in the co-main event. Other announced bouts last week were Filipina Gina Iniong faces-off against Spaniard Vanessa Fernandez in atomweight action.

Recently, Pacific Xtreme Combat released the full card for PXC 51 that includes the return of crowd-favorite Rolando Dy and Team Lakay prospect Jon Cris Corton.

Rolando Dy (5-4) looks to bounce back and revitalize his career as he faces young prospect Miguel Mosquera (2-0) while John Cris Corton (3-2), who has strung together a three-fight winning streak, goes against unbeaten Uzbek flyweight Farmon Gafarov (3-0).

In other match-ups, Brazilian Wesley Machado (0-1) goes up against 28 year old Japanese Sho Kagawe (8-2) in an international featherweight showcase. Filipino flyweight prospect Ernie Braca (1-2), who is on a two-fight losing streak, takes on American Emilio Urrutia (7-2).

Deep veteran Nao Yoneda (5-2-1) meets Korean Han Seul Kim (5-3) in a welterweight match to add international flare to the card. To open the show, Filipino bantamweights Stephen “the Sniper” Loman (5-1) squares-off against Rex “T-Rex” de Lara (2-5).

PXC 51: Pitpitunge vs. Lausa will be on Saturday, January 16, 2016 and will be held at the Solaire Hotel and Resort in Pasay City
