Back to back twos by Clarissa Guevara paved the way for a 6-0 start by the Bolts, before Arabella Rivera scored the first basket for TNT.
Another two by Guevara made it 8-1 as Meralco pulled away to record its third win against two losses.
The Tropang Texters dropped to a 1-3 slate in Group A.
